Return Policy

All items sold through this store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any orders once they have been placed. This includes all limited edition merch, drops, and made-to-order items.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review product details, sizing guides, and your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damages and Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wearicy.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit. Items reported outside of the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased in the wrong size

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Orders with incorrect address input by the customer

  • Items received late due to courier delays

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items
