Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
We do not add handling fees or markup shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & International Orders
For international orders, local customs, import duties, or taxes may apply once your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country.

Address Accuracy

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but missing, delayed beyond normal timeframes, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@wearicy.com.
